Payments are to be received in full 90 days before departure. Cancelation Policy: If services are cancelled thirty days before the tour is schedule to commence, there is no penalty. If you cancel the services less than thirty days before the tour starts, there is a 25 % of the total amount penalty. If you cancel 5 days before the tour starts there is a 50% of the total amount penalty. If you do not show up there is a 100% penalty.Although Rentour Transportation Company aims to maintain a young fleet of vehicles, in an event of an emergency, we reserve the right to send a different vehicle than agreed. Different meaning another type of vehicle that can accommodate the same amount of passengers comfortably and safely. We also reserve the right to sub-contract a vehicle from a different company in an event of an emergency. |
